盖板模具属于水泥制品模具当中的一大类，它的生产工艺主要是采用高压注塑成型，原料主要是工程聚丙烯pp，也叫聚丙烯料，聚丙烯颗粒在高压下融化成液体，能够成批的生产出各种形状和尺寸的模具。盖板塑料模具的成型还要有一个事先设计好的模具，也就是通常我们所说的母模，在机器的自动配置中，聚丙烯颗粒融化成液体随着型腔的流动就会根据这个母模的形状生产出盖板塑料模具。
